i thought i'd edit and let people know how i fixed it just incase some has the same problem, i hope i help! so here it goes!

uninstall vwallpaper and then skrew common, restart iphone. go to installer install skrew common, restart iphone. then install vwallpaper and once again restart (before you do all this make sure in SMB you have theme wallpaper OFF).
