You can also use Total Commander v7.03 prog. Works great.

I only see /var/root/Library/AddressBook/AddressBook.sqlite
the /var/root/Library/AddressBook/AddressBookImages.sqlitedb is not there.
Maybe in another location.
BTW: Nice program to use for PC is Total Commander. Works great!
