Jailbroken 1.1.3 with ZiPhone. How do I upgrade to 1.1.4?

Hello,
I jailbroke my 8 gig iPhone 1.1.3 with ZiPhone 3.0. Everything went fine/is going fine. In fact, I LOVE IT.
However, I was wondering how I can upgrade my phone to 1.1.4 without bricking or restoring it again.
I have not Unlocked my phone. I am a valid AT&T customer. Just jailbroken for Installer and Apps.
