I use Audacity for the ringtones I'm making. I do have lame_enc.dll however it's not necessary. You can export as a wav file, and then convert to aac. Works just as well without having to find the dll file (which may be bothersome to some people). Audacity is fairly simple, to me anyways, but there are far easier ringtone softwares. However, all of the ones I've seen cost money. Keep posting requests and I'll keep fulfilling them!
