Well my way isn't the right way but it does work and is easy
1st I use this
Easy Video Splitter to cut 15-30sec from a video
then I use this
Super C and select Apple iPod as my Output Container in the upper Left Hand Corner.
and if your not familiar with Super C before you start converting anything you see where it says "DROP A VALID MULTI...." well right click next to it and select "specify the output folder destination" so you know where it's going.
*Keep in mind this way it does not make it full-screen.
