Just put the phone into recovery mode by holding power and home until the phone reboots and shows the iTunes logo... then hit shift+click restore. If you are on t-mobile you shouldn't have upgraded to 2.0 in the first place since there is no unlock released yet

If you're at the 1.1.4 firmware I suggest doing a DFU restore to 1.1.4.
