"Lost" Carrier Icon pleaaaase!

I got a request for a "lost" logo. Attached below is the picture of it (exactly as is if you dont mind, with different colors preferably). I would like the icon in LIGHT BLUE/BABY BLUE (like the blue on At&t globe) - for FSO: white outline filled in with light blue - Default: black outline filled in with light blue. If this can't be done, then the standard for this image works well too. THANKS in advance guys!
