Nope, it's that silly long string Apple makes:

/var/mobile/Applications/8F64765A63E8475C7456B4564578/Documents

The string is different for each program, and changes each time the same program is installed, so what you need to do is SSH into the iPhone with an SFTP client and check the contents of each string until you find one containing Wedictpro.app

Once you do, use the path above (with your own string) and if the Documents folder isn't already there, create it. Set the permissions to 755 and put your .dict and .idx files into it. That's it.
