wow no way, i think like 3 posts up i state that i restored it without the mobileframwork hack and it still occurred, but thank you so much for your input, because it just clears up my problem too! apart from that, i retried 2.0.1 without updating cydia and only using Install v.4, it appears it has the same problem, i think the problem may occur when respringing the ipod or simply whatever cydia and installer do, i have dropped down 1.1.4 as it is extremely stable and works with both of these packages correctly thanks for your help guys especially the guy im quoting
