I can confirm the website is down but in the taskbar at the bottom there souls be an icon that says "Vaio Update Options" (or search for it) and then click (right click on taskbatmr icon-click this on the program if u search ffor it) "Go to Vail web support and see new updates or drivers "u may have to go to the side and clikc software and drivers

BTW ur laptop is preety neat, how mauxh was it all together
I got mine at PC Richards (don't know if u no of them) for $1,500 plus for the vista ultimate (rebate made it $100) and 4 year warrenty was $450 (with accidental dammage) and other littl program like office($150) and norton 360 ($50) so mine was about $2,300 plus tax
