Fix for Icons that wont stay put after resetting springboard on IPHONE 3G

I found that Kate caused this issue for me. I uninstalled it considering its still in beta. My phone is Jailbroken with win pwn 2.5.0.2. Every time i resprung my icons would not be in the last place i put them. Hope this helps...
