I don't mind the developer charging $8 for the full version, and you can certainly test it out first before you commit. But the price and restrictions need to be stated up-front in the program information. I didn't know about the fee until I installed the application, and the I could only find out the price after I searched around on THIS THREAD. The web site does not mention what the amount is anywhere that I can find! It should be clearly stated in the application itself.
