Hey, I'm just wondering if anyone would be able to make me a slider or carrier logo or basically anything with just this image if possible

If anyone could make me a slider with that image in the link above, and DoMe's Slider writen, that would be the sickest thing ever. My iPhone will then be the hottest thing around my school since noone else even owns one!!
