Okay, Veency worked but this is my problem. What happens if I want to connect to my iPhone while connected via USB instead of Wifi. Is that possible using a VNC?

With windows mobile the iphone will actually have an IP address therefore allowing this sort of thing easily. When you connect your iphone to the computer does it not give you an ip address?
well you can use your wifi based ip address listed in settings (local IP ex 192.168._.___) or you can use the iphone tunnel suite and connect to the VNC server @ 127.0.0.1 (via usb)
