While I haven't done any sounds yet... (YET) it will work the same as anything else...
What he is saying is, if you find something that you like, anything that you have installed through Cydia and applied through WB. Then it's a 'Theme'.
SSH into your phone, map to the Applications//themes, open the theme that you want to edit, copy to your computer.
Edit the file, whether it's a badge, icon, wallpaper, etc... with Photoshop or sound with something like MovieMaker then copy it into your own theme...
Create your own theme, I have a folder in themes called "Niner1000RR" that I am dumping all my customized files into...
Be sure to remember or copy the sub-folders in the directory. Like
.com.springboard.______ or w/e they are.
