its simple. go to app store in itunes on your comp. try to "purchase" a free app. its gonna ask you to sign in or create a new account. create the account putting in a valid email adress. the other info doesnt have to be legit. choose none as payment type. when you get the email click the link and complete your registration. then buy the free app and sync with your iphone then its going to sync your account settings with your iphone and you can get your apps directly on the iphone itself.

i know this method works cause i just did it monday oct 13th.

i got that info from apple website by the way. its in the help/support section. found it in 10 seconds googling on my iphone.
