PS: Try if you can set any other file's permission to 4777 to see if it works. Just to narrow it down, if it's winscp or the app itself.

Yes I place the app in the right spot, and I try to set it for a different program, same result still.
Is there a specify way to set permission using winSCP? maybe I not do it right. Please help me.
