Any ideas for Telcel in Mexico

I have EDGE working in MExico with mi iPhone and Telcel carrier but I just cant receive calls while in edge surfing, for example watching youtube or surfing safari or donloading emails.
Any ideas?? Thanks in advance to everyboday out there
