Thanks for the heads up...
I doubt a lawyer will do anything. Does the case make any claims that the iphone will not be scratched? I know it seems implied but if they make no such claims I highly doubt you will be able to do anything about it.

Then she'll laugh at you hysterically and hang up.

They all sctratch if you get dirt or other garbage trapped between your case and the phone. I have the Naked case, I use the Naked case, and it's not what scratched your phone up. It's the crap that gets in there from being in your pocket, at work, whatever it is...

The best combo I have found is invisible shield with the Capsule Rebel... a little pricey but still very nice. The Capsule Rebel is also a pretty tight fit so even if you go without the invisible shiled you will get no scratches since no dust can really get in there.

The NEO is realy good but if you are the type of person who likes to removie the case, it is not for you. The silicone component of the Neo is almost literally paper thing, rips easily, and takes a bit of time to get on JUST right. If you are looking for a case to put on and never take off, I recommend it. If you like to clean your phone off, check for scratches, etc. the Neo will be more of a pain than it is worth, not to mention will almost certainly rip over time of removal and application. As far as protection, aside from the headphone jack plug that comes with the neo and NOT the rebel, they are on par with one another.

EDIT: Not sure if this is a dealbreaker or not, but the Neo WILL NOT work with the invisible shield

Search google for naked tree humping and you'll get a load of results too. Doesn't really prove much

man there is one DEEP LINE on the back,i tried to use BRASSO that i heard helps remove scratches,no help AT ALL.
BY the way,i talked to the lady while ago,she was like we are not responsible for it,and if i want a refund,I HAVE to pay for shipping and ship back the case, then only they will refund me,ridiculous seriously!!

Case Mate = CRAP. I was conned into purchasing their 3 pack of screen protectors @ AT&T the day I bought my iPhone 3G. I've purchased screen protectors for $0.23 on ebay that looked better than the sh*tty Case Mate. IMO, Case Mate cares little about quality of product.

yeah man i wish i did my research before too,i just bought Griffin Elan Form with EasyDock for iPhone 3G (Black) | TechNGnet ,Ofcourse need something COOL to cover the back since now i have permanent scratch on the back, seems OK i guess, seems decent enough and also protective by reading around the net.i also got iPhone 3G Skin, which i heard does same as invisible shield, only cheaper,i was thinking of also putting that on if i could with the case,(but not sure that will work),but you know what,EVEN after i bought these two things, its cheaper then naked-case :P,hopefully everything goes great,if you guys want ,ill tell you how are they, and post picture if you like, might take a week or so though.
by the way, just a little note, sometimes things work ,sometimes they don't,but if you got something you really love, you dont want to take any chance's with that
