I downloaded 2 applications from itunes and i cant figure out how to sync it to my iPhone. Can someone tell me what im doing wrong or what im not doing.

Are they are high lighted under the Applications tab in itunes?

Just plug your phone into your computer with your usb cable. It should sync automatically. With such limited information, that's all I can suggest at this point. If you are already doing this, please elaborate more on your problem.
