Huge Problem, Please Help!

I installed the program "Categories" from Cydia. I read the warnings and everything, and as soon as i finished moving my apps to new folders, i went back to the home screen and everything is missing. the majority of my apps, including the Categories app. i need to find away to put things back the way they were without redoing the firmware or anything. i have ssh, and if anyone can help me, i'll do anything.
