[Wicked One 612]

Hello Modmyi.com, I have just recently decided to join the forums in hopes that I may get some help on this topic from the community.

I have already created an Installer 4 repository, and that seems trivial compared to the task of the Cydia repository.

I am following Saurik's guide and I don't think I'm doing this properly. Must I have something installed on my Windows XP computer to complete this? Am I to download something from somewhere?

He speaks of running dpkg-deb, yet I do not know how to do this or where I could get this.

Any help, really, any help would be much appreciated.
