Cydia is a better BSD than Installer's, even on 2.x.

Why would you want anything from Installer?

Seriously, that didn't help at all.
I cannot find BSD Subsystem on Installer OR Cydia. So if someone can help us both, it would be...neat

if your're on 2.0 i dont actually recall having to install BSD subsystem.. i think it comes as a package when cydia sets up for the first time.

As for installer.. many of us are saying this now; Leave and let go, its not worth it. there is nothing on installer anymore....

no, he said it right. Cydia has a better version of BSD built into the application. which means there's no BSD to install, b/c its already installed, simply put, installing cydia means BSD is already installed. you're good to go.

You don't need to install BSD subsystem, it is old and outdated. Cydia uses Telesphoreo which is much better
