Well it looks like those lawsuits against Apple's iPhone 3G will be dismissed..... because the iPhone 3G owners did not ask the company to repair their iPhones or refund their money....

On Friday, however, Apple said the lawsuit should be tossed out....

Now we all figured it would be this way.....

Yeah... what I tried to do is I headed for the forums and then Apple News and tried but got that error... but did not get it from the link you sent me.....
