can you add photos to the camera roll? long story short instead of using a backup after i restored my phone i used the setup as new iPhone option. I have the old pics from my Camera Roll stored on my PC, is there a way to add them back to the actual Camera Roll folder?

Only a "restore from backup" will add them back as the backup file is 1 single file which contains everything - no way im aware of to parse it or "add" it to phone.
