Well....Here it is.....theofficial16 offerd to sell me an 8GB at a decent price in one of my threads below, claimed we was P.P. Verified etc
.....So I paypal him the amount requested, He emails me his number says he will mail out the phone that afternoon. Later that evening I email and ask himto give me a tracking number. He informs me that he didnt have a chance, he will do it first thing in th am. Ok....Im thinking shi^ happens. So this afternoon I call, voicemail, immediatly I get an email stating
...."sorry for the delay i have many orders to fill, but if i dont send the shipping information within 10 business, my paypal is automatically going to send out a refund. most likely i will have it by the end of the week but i have 17 other orders that came before yours. if u are still intersested let me know, if not i will issue a refund."
This is the exact email....I ask for my money back
....."it wont let me send the money because i am not verified i think u have to file a dispute so i can refund".
....But you told me you were "Verified" I email back, I had called PayPal and asked if this shmuck was verified and they told me " Yes" he was
