These two phones are brand new but have no accessories. It is just the phone and it is still plastic wrapped. I am looking to get ~$400 for the 8gb and ~$300 for the 4gb. Those prices CAN be negotiated, so please let me know if you would like to make me an offer.

they are 2G phones, not 3G... An apple "refurb" is actually a brand new phone, but called a refurb because you do not get the accessories or anything. They are still wrapped.

my 2Gs were under warranty and were replaced with these.

I got a 4gb refurb from the apple site n got all the accessories with it....whom u tryin to fool huh????

Okay stop with the ********. You took your iPhone and replaced it for a refurbished one. Maybe on both. Anyone can go to the Apple Store and show them a bricked iPhone and then will most likely get a refurbished one.

Refurbished - usually used, but in the state that it has been restored/repaired to it's original state or use.

3G phones ARE going for $200 with a contract (which is what you will have to do to "legally" use the 2G phone with ATT, yes they will still make you sign a contract). Unlockability is really the only PLUS to getting these phones at this point.

You are aware that you can buy it without contract right?

For far more than 200, so if he wants more for his 2g phone he surely can ask for it, because a 3g phone, new, online he can ask 500 bucks comfortable, even if he got it for 200, so lets be real, we aint signing any contracts here.

A used 2g phone in good condition with all accessories now, i can ask 300 to 380 for it, so lets be real about it
