SwapTunes on 2.0.2 not working

Well I just insalled SwapTunes on my 2.0.2 iPhone and I sunc (<---sp?) it with my brothers computer and then I couldn't open any of my AppStore apps... I restored my iPhone and everything is working now, I just didn't download SwapTunes... Any way to get it working on 2.0.2 with the AppStore apps working...
