Is your default iPhone calender reset? Mine was...
should be able to just go to settings on your phone, make sure the default calender is the one that all your iPhone dates are made under... and then re-sync. To be careful, I would set it to uploud only, not to download.... for this initial time, incase that doesn't fix it.
