Automatic picture to iPhone app (for lack of a better name)

So there used to be (and still is, it's just outdated) a program on the MMi downloads section that took any picture you wanted and automatically resize the image, and add a thumbnail file for it so you could import it right to your iPhone and it look like a normal iPhone picture. Anybody know if there are any updated ones with the new 2.x.x?
