Making Ringtones and SMS on WinDoz

Everything on here seems to be for Mac's, can anyone point me in the right direction for how to make a ringtone and SMS tone on my desktop using good ol (sike) windows? I tried searching but everything I clicked on brought me to directions for a mac

www.audiko.net is all you need. ringtones download able for iphone and you can make your own. its all i use.
