Hey i had some problems too but all i did to fix them was to turn off my iphone and then turn it back on. If that doesnt do it make sure you put what ever the picture is in the right place such as... If you are tryin to change the notes thing then you would wanna say
"putfile /Applications/MobileNotes.app/icon.png" where as the wrong way
"putfile icon.png" because this will throw it in the main directory / even if you are where you want it to be.

So i got the MMi to work but it was really tricky. half the time the terminal said the wrong things but in the end it worked.

9/10 times when i connect the iphone and type ./jailbreak after all the other stuff, it doesnt do anything. it says looking for iphone and stops there...anyway to fix this so it works everytime?

When you type jailbreak, and it asks you to hold down the power and restore button for a good 25 seconds, are you doing so?

If you're using a PC, then you dont have to use jailbreak at all, you can just use iphoneinterface

This isn't for the bars, its just for the part where it says AT&T.

Yea poetic is right. if you want to do the bars you will have to deal with Default_5_Bars.png, Default_4_Bars.png,etc... in the "/System/Library/CoreServices/SpringBoard.app" directory.
