After messing around with my iPhone for a while it wouldn't even boot, but I did this. Unplug it from your computer. Make sure it's on, and then hold the power button and the home button. When the iPhone turns off, release the power button, but keep holding the home button. Plug it in. It should restore to 1.1.3. We're back where we started. I am working on something that will probably be done by tomorrow. I'll let everyone know :P
EDIT: Just wanted to point out that it will take REALLY long to restore, like you think it won't work, but it will.
