call your credit card company and request that they should refund you because the seller sold you something that doesn't work. not as advertised. if you want to rack things up, make a complaint to the FTC and BBB. =)

I have an unlocked 1g iphone running 1.0.2. I have a couple of questions:

1. Can I follow these steps to upgrade it to 2.0.2, or is there some other firmware I have to be running?
2. Will this erase the contents of my phone (i.e. contacts, bookmarks, pictures, etc), and if it does, how can I back up at least my contacts?
3. Will this method work on Vista?

dude this is working on vista and you can update directly from 1.0.2 but the backup won't work as the backup locations have been changed since 1.1.3

I have an unactivated iphone that is locked without a at&t sim. I followed all of the steps up to restoring, but I got a 1604 error. Now there is only the iTunes icon and USB icon and when I try to power off, the "slide to power off" never appears and it restarts. This means I can't turn it off to put it in DFU mode again. HELP?

hello everyone. ok i have everything in winpwn done right i think and then when i go in to itunes to install the new firmware. and it is just in a continuous "verifying IPhone software.." loop idk what to do ive tried it several times but i happens repeatedly. it is an older version iphone idk if it G1 or G2. the firmware is the 2.0.2. just wondering with this program will i be able to use it with nextel sim card or sprint. thank you for your time

Hi Everyone I Have a 8GB i phone 3G and i did everything told to jailbreak it but the BL Files wouldn't work, is their a new like to allow me to jailbreak my phone?

You can j/b the 3G, but it cant be unlocked yet by software.....Use quickpwn to j/b. quickpwn21-1.zip

i just followed the guide and i have the new firmware... but the fone isnt unlocked!!! i dont have the iphone as my fone i just use it as an ipod and i dont no how to bypass the itunes activation. any suggestions? please help!
