Itunes 8 error

hi,
my itunes 8 is giving me error and not starting up i have 2.1 unlocked installed i wanted to jailbreak it with quickpwn 2.1 i download quickpwn from dev torrent i tried to run it. then for the firmware which i have had on other pc i have to close it and download it again but now itunes is not starting i have installed it twice with all itunes and ipod folders removed.
