XLaunch is the End-All-Be-All of Launchers. That is truly how complete this launcher is. I sometimes wonder if Apple was the Dev behind this software, just because how professional it is. Really it is two apps combined into one: AppFlow and XLauncher (both by Erica Sadun). Why is it so great? Well to start it has accelerometer support, changing from a list view to AppFlow view by orientation change. Also, when in list view, the apps are sorted alphabetically, with reference letters on the side (reminiscent of the iPod and Contacts app). When one taps an app, a menu pops up with four options: Launch App, Assign to Home Key, Badge it and Cancel. Assign to Home Key sets the selected app to the 'Double Tap' setting (f/w 1.1.1 and above). Badge it offers the ability to add a number or short word (3-4 letter) to a 'Badge' (like that ...

VLC Media Player, the popular, cross-platform, open-source media player comes to the iPhone as a beta release, courtesy of Zodttd. (http://www.zodttd.com) The program is in beta at present, accessible to Zodttd's select group of beta testers. To become a beta tester, simply donate via his site. Raptor is a dashboard for web apps and other useful websites. Opening the application provides you with a listing of 'popular' sites and web-applications. These include: • Google • TV Guide • Wikipedia • Exchange Rates • AOL Horoscopes • Stitcher Radio • iFeeder • Pollen Report • FaceBook • 101 Cook Books • iZillow There's another option to 'Request App', however this feature is reserved for those who have donated to the application's developer, and thus became a 'Premium' user. iCalls allows logging and viewing of all phone calls. ( beta ) Version 0.6.1 The iPhone's usage statistic is not perfect. It displays the total call time only. iCall can check the total incoming and outcoming call limit within the specific date range you choose. There are also more incoming and outcoming call details which can be found in the program. Available via Installer with the http://myapps.110mb.com/iphone.xml source.

TimeCapsule is a great looking backup application which allows you to save various states of applications in your iPhone.
