A cool little app that allows you to swap some of the fonts on your iPhone/iPod Touch.  Fonts that you can change with this app include LockClock, Notes, and System font.   More Info get this app by adding "touchrepo.com/repo.xml" to your installer sources and looking in the Utilities category.

SpeedDial

By BigBoss.  Speed Dial allows you to add some speed dial numbers into your phone. This was something all phones have that Apple left out. Now you can add names and numbers and store them so they can be dialed with one click. The app also will launch contacts for you so you can remove the contacts off your desktop if you use it. You can also add 60x60 thumbnails with the user's picture by copying that picture to the /var/root/Library/SpeedDial directory. Name the png the same name as the name of the contact (ie: Fred Smith would have "Fred Smith.png" file). More Info available by adding "sleepers.net/iphonerepo" to you installer sources.

Poof

Poof allows you to hide and unhide apps on springboard. This was written mainly because customize does not work on 1.1.3 and there is currently no way to hide/show apps without this or doing it manually.This will work on older phones as well, but there are some things to be aware of: Apps hidden shown by poof cannot be shown by customize. The method to do so is different mainly to support 1.1.3. Apps are hidden by adding the hidden tag to the app's Info.plist. Updates will most likely cause the app to be shown again. Just load and close poof after each update, and it will automatically rehide updated apps. Categories is moving to the poof style of hiding apps as well to better support 1.1.3 and also because it's safer. You aren't editing the system display list and you won't risk having "no icons" with this method. A couple apps cannot be ...
